Outside Water Use Regulations for Summer 2025

 During the period of May 15^th thru September 15^th ,or as otherwise specified by the LPHOA, the sprinkling of lawns and gardens, or any outside water usage, shall be limited in the following manner:

Ogden, Liberty Blvd., Williams Street

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

Washington, Park, 41^st Street

Sunday, Wednesday, Friday

Hours:  6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

NO MONDAY USE

Days alternate each year.

More than one hose, sprinkling systems, and LPHOA water individual storage tanks are prohibited.  On a one-time basis, with LPHAO approval, swimming pools using more than 1500 gallons of water may be filled after 10:00 p.m., but not in July or August.

Sprinkling cans may be used anytime.

No other special permits will be issued.

Anyone violating these regulations shall be assessed a fine of $25.00 for the first violation.  Subsequent violations will be $50.00 for each violation.  These fines are subject to change depending upon water conditions prevailing.  Fines will be added to the LPHOA Maintenance Assessment.
