Restrictions

Parking

No parking is allowed on the streets of Liberty Park during the hours of 2:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.

There is no overnight parking allowed at the community building or at the park.

There is no street parking allowed at any time on the 3800 block of Williams Street.

Water

Outside Water Use Regulations for Summer 2022

From May 15th through September 15th (or as otherwise specified by the LPHOA Board of Directors), the sprinkling of lawns and gardens, or any other outside water usage, shall be limited in the following manner:

  • Ogden, Liberty Blvd., Williams Street
    Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
  • Washington, Park, 41st Street
    Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
  • Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • No outdoor water use is pernitted on Monday

The above streets have outside water use privileges only on the days and hours stated. Days alternate each year.

More than one hose, sprinkling systems, and LPHOA water individual storage tanks are prohibited.

Sprinkling cans filled at the spigot may be used anytime.

Swimming Pools

On a one-time basis WITH LPHOA APPROVAL, swimming pools using more than 1500 gallons of water may be filled after 10:00 p.m. but not in July or August.

Other Permits

No other special permits will be issued.

Fines

Anyone violating these regulations shall be assessed a fine of $25 for the first violation. Subsequent violations will be $50 for each violation. These fines are subject to change depending upon water conditions prevailing. NO WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN. Fines will be added to the LPHOA Maintenance Assessment.
