Welcome to the Liberty Park Community

This website was created to provide information to the community of the Liberty Park Subdivision*.  With instant access always available, you can find essential community alerts such as water system information and updates from the Liberty Park Homeowners Association Board.

This website includes information about the homeowners association, maintenance assessment billing, upcoming events, watering regulations, and the current newsletter, as well as archived copies of past newsletters from 2015.

Monthly Meeting Details

Location: Liberty Park Community Building, 4100 N. Washington
Date: First Thursday of every month at 7pm (unless otherwise stated)

Neighborhood Updates

The LP HOA board operates the official Liberty Park HOA Facebook group, where water system information, meeting announcements, and other updates are shared. This is the only group operated by the LP HOA.

The LP HOA is now sending out monthly email newsletters to those who wish to receive that instead of the printed quarterly newsletter. You may subscribe to the e-newsletter [HERE].

Additionally, you may sign up to receive an email of any posts we make on our blog by clicking on “follow” link on the bottom right corner or the one below the calendar and submitting your email address. Don’t forget to confirm with the link sent to your email address to finalize the process!

Text Alerts

The HOA board uses a text alert system to update the community about water system information or other urgent LPHOA news.

  • To subscribe, text the word “alerts” to 833-938-0758. By texting “alerts” you agree to receive messages from LPHOA sent via an autodialer.
  • If you wish to be removed at any time, simply text “stop” to the same number.
  • You may also text this number to send a private message to the LPHOA board. Please contact the LPHOA Secretary if you have questions.

Moving?

Please visit the DOCUMENT REQUEST page and complete the request form. You will also need to email the Treasurer to verify that the account is paid in full through the end of the current quarter.

Allow a minimum of 7 -10 business days for these requests to be processed.
Plan accordingly.

*Liberty Park consists of properties that are connected to the community well :

  • 4100 – 3800 blocks of Washington, Liberty, Park
  • 3800 block of Williams
  • 8 properties on the 4100 – 3900 blocks of Williams (Downers Grove)
