Responsible water usage ensures equitable distribution among residents, safeguarding against depletion during times of high demand. By adhering to these regulations, we demonstrate a collective commitment to sustainability and a respect for our community while conserving water for future generations.
Outside Water Use Regulations for Summer 2025
May 15th through September 15th (or as otherwise specified by the LPHOA Board of Directors), the watering of lawns, gardens, or any other outside water usage, shall be limited in the following manner:
Ogden, Liberty Blvd., Williams Street : Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Washington, Park, 41st Street : Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
No outdoor water use is permitted on Monday
The above streets have outside water use privileges only on the days and hours stated. Days alternate each year.
More than one hose or sprinkling systems are prohibited.
Watering cans may be used anytime.
Swimming Pools
On a one-time basis WITH LPHOA APPROVAL, swimming pools using more than 1500 gallons of water may be filled after 10:00 p.m. but not in July or August.
Other Permits
No other special permits will be issued.
Fines
Anyone violating these regulations shall be assessed a fine of $25 for the first violation. Subsequent violations will be $50 for each violation. These fines are subject to change depending upon water conditions prevailing. NO WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN. Fines will be added to the LPHOA Maintenance Assessment.
Parking
Per LPHOA, no overnight parking allowed at the community building or at the park.
