Stay up to date with most accurate information by attending the monthly meetings, signing up for the monthly emailed newsletter, and by joining the official LP HOA Facebook group.

The LPHOA President will appoint a Nominating Committee to make recommendations of qualified members for election in November. Any LPHOA Member in good standing may nominate a qualified member for elective office. An election will be held if there is more than one LPHOA member running for a specific board position.

Qualifications

• Resident connected to the LPHOA community water system for at least (1) year.
• LPHOA member in good standing.
• Shall have attended a minimum of (4) meetings during the fiscal year.
• Only one member of an immediate family living in the same household shall hold elective office.

Positions up for re-election in 2025 :

• Vice-President
• Treasurer
• Trustee

Elections take place at the November meeting. Before the members vote, each candidate is allowed 2 minutes too state their qualifications and other information they wish to share in relation to the position.
