Any home that is located on Washington, Liberty Boulevard, Park or Williams street within the Liberty Park Subdivision that is connected to the community well must have a paid assessment letter at closing stating that the assessment and any additional fees has been paid. Below you can send a message to the Treasurer requesting the paid assessment letter. Requests will be processed as soon as possible once received, however please allow a minimum of two weeks to process the request.  Should more documentation be required for closing, please indicate that in your request.
