Employees from DuPage Community Service and Health Department will be on-site to share all the assistance and enrichment programs available for seniors and lower-income households. As well as what the criteria are to qualify and what documentation will be needed to apply.

They will answer all your questions, and help residents sign up for the appointments necessary to apply for the programs.

Transportation to the Westmont Health Department location may be arranged if needed for those that wish to apply for SNAP and medical benefits.

Los empleados del Departamento de Salud y Servicio Comunitario de DuPage estarán en el lugar para compartir todos los programas de asistencia y enriquecimiento disponibles para personas mayores y hogares de bajos ingresos. Así como cuáles son los criterios para calificar y qué documentación será necesaria para postularse.

Responderán todas sus preguntas y ayudarán a los residentes a registrarse para las citas necesarias para solicitar los programas.

Se puede organizar transporte a la ubicación del Departamento de Salud de Westmont si es necesario para aquellos que deseen solicitar SNAP y beneficios médicos.
