An assessment increase of $100 per quarter was voted on by residents that attended March’s community meeting. This increase brings the quarterly assessment to $200 and is effective as of 2nd quarter 2024.

The increase was necessary due to the nearly $400,000 in system maintenance that needs to be done.

We highly encourage all residents to stay informed by attending monthly meetings, which are held on the first Thursday of every month at 7pm in the Liberty Park Community Building.
