The Liberty Park Home Owners Association (LP HOA) can be a slightly misleading moniker in that the LP HOA doesn’t function like other HOAs. The LP HOA (aka the water board) has a narrow and specific focus and authority.

The LIBERTY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION is organized for the purpose of:

a. Civic improvement
b. Operating and maintaining the water supply system.
c. Building and maintaining the children’s playground, community and park property, and any other enterprises for the betterment of the community.
d. Promoting public safety and child welfare.
e. Promoting social activity.

The LP HOA holds no authority over any areas that are not associated with the community well or community properties. The LP HOA is not a mediator for issues between neighbors.
