Homeowners Association

 The Association is organized for the purpose of:

• Civic improvement

• Operating and maintaining the water supply system

• Building and maintaining the children’s playground, community and park property, and any other enterprises for the betterment of the community

• Promoting public safety and child welfare

• Promoting social activity

The Association in its activities shall be nonpartisan, nonsectarian, and shall take no part in or lend its influence to the election of appointment of any candidates for federal, state, county, or township office.
